Scores of 90% or above correspond to an American 4.0 (A), 80–89% to 3.0 (B), and 70–79% to 2.0 (C). Cumulative GPA is calculated by multiplying each course grade point by its credit value, dividing the total quality points by total credits.
Examples

Course 1: 92% (Grade A → 4.0 GPA, 6 credits) → Quality Points = 4.0 × 6 = 24.0
Course 2: 82% (Grade B → 3.0 GPA, 6 credits) → Quality Points = 3.0 × 6 = 18.0
Total Quality Points = 24.0 + 18.0 = 42.0 ÷ 12 credits.
